Mix 1/4 teaspoon 35% FGHP to 15 oz clean water or saline solution and add to the liquid reservoir of your machine. 

Short answer: Add 1 cup of 35% FGHP, 1 cup pink Himalayan salt, 1 cup sea salt, 1 cup Epsom salts, and 1 cup sodium bicarbonate into your full bathtub. Soak for 20-40 minutes, and dry off without rinsing your skin when you are finished.

Mix 1 part 35% FGHP with 11 parts clean water. Dip a cotton swab in this solution and brush it over your teeth, being careful to avoid the gums so they do not become irritated. Leave on for 30-60 seconds. Do not swallow, as this concentration is too high for ingestion. Rinse your mouth and brush your teeth. You can repeat for 3-4 days as needed, 1-2 times per year. Be aware that using this method too frequently could damage your enamel. 

Mix 1 part 35% FGHP with 11 parts clean water. You can either use it at this strength, or dilute further by adding 1 part of this solution to 1 part clean water. Swish a mouthful of either solution for 30-60 seconds, being careful not to swallow. 

Mix 1 part 35% FGHP with 11 parts clean water. Now mix 2 teaspoons of this hydrogen peroxide solution with 1 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt and 3 teaspoons sodium bicarbonate to a runny paste. Optional: add 2 drops of peppermint essential oil. Use to brush teeth as normal.

Mix 1 part 35% FGHP with 11 parts clean water. Lie on the side with the ear facing up. Pour the solution into the ear using a dropper (half a dropper to a full dropper is generally sufficient). Leave the solution in the ear for 3-5 minutes. The solution will likely bubble, which may tickle. Drain on a towel or rinse out the ear in the shower.

SANITIZING
In place of chlorine, add 8 oz 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide to 500 gallons water.

MAINTENANCE
Maintain with 2-4 oz 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide per 500 gallons of water weekly. Use Hydrogen Peroxide Test Strips at least weekly, and maintain the level at 50-100 ppm.

SHOCK TREATMENT
After draining, cleaning, and filling with fresh, filtered water, add 8 oz 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide for every 250 gallons of water.

This is very similar to the self-medication protocol recommended in The One Minute Cure. 

Note again that, depending on your condition, you may choose to remain at a high dose for a period of time, or start working your way back down by decreasing 1 drop per day.

We recommend a "maintenance dose" of 10-25 drops in a cup of water taken morning and night indefinitely to support optimal health. With enough hydrogen peroxide in your system, you will essentially never fall ill again!

We recommend first thing when you wake up, at midday, and last thing before you go to bed. It is definitely wise to take on an empty stomach, so take your drops at least an hour or so before eating, and at least 2-3 hours after consuming your last food. 

No, you do not HAVE to use distilled water - you don't have to do anything! However, distilled water is recommended as seen in The One Minute Cure, but you can instead use the cleanest water you have access to. We personally use a high-quality reverse osmosis (RO) water filter that is easily installed beneath the kitchen sink.

Please note that ➡︎ we *DO NOT* recommend consuming tap water EVER ⬅︎, as it is well known that tap water contains a variety of pollutants including neurotoxins.

Take the day's recommended dose 3 separate times. For example, on day 1 take a total of 9 drops = 3 drops in a cup of water taken 3 times through the day. We suggest taking your dosages first thing in the morning, about an hour before lunch, and last thing before bed.

While it is recommended to go all the way up, you can stop and maintain at any level you feel comfortable with. Taking any drops in a glass of water each day is better than not taking it!

However, we highly recommend staying at the highest dose you can tolerate every day basically forevermore. This is a key to preventing disease from ever taking root in your body again, and a major factor in why we don't get sick at all.

As long as you properly dilute 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide, take it on an empty stomach, and wait awhile before eating or taking other supplements, it is perfectly fine to take other things while following the Self Medication Protocol. In fact, it might help other supplements work better since it improves functionality of basically every system of the body! 

Our 35% FGHP is simply hydrogen and oxygen. One hydrogen peroxide molecule is 2 atoms of hydrogen bonded to 2 atoms of oxygen = H2O2. Our 35% FGHP has 35% hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), and 65% water (H2O). There are no additives or stabilizers.

Hydrogen peroxide naturally breaks down to hydrogen and oxygen over time. To minimize this natural decomposition, keep it in a cool, dark place with minimal air exposure. Breaking down does not make it "go bad"; instead, it just loses concentration.

It is also a very reactive substance, so can only be safely stored in a very limited amount of materials. We provide the safe type of plastic for our 35% FGHP and recommend you keep it in the bottles we use.

This aspect of the Self Medication Protocol is up to you and depends on how chronic your condition is. Some people choose to immediately work their way back down by decreasing the dosage by 1 drop per day. Others choose to maintain the high dose for an extended period of time ranging from days to weeks to even a few months.

We recommend everyone take H2O2 every day for the rest of their lives to protect health and prevent sickness in the first place!!

We choose our daily maintenance doses in the range of 7-15 drops taken in a glass of water generally morning and night. However, if we feel we have been exposed to something or are under more stress than normal (thus the immune system may be compromised), we often choose to take a much higher dose a few times to get rid of it before any illness could progress - and we simply do not get sick!

It is not recommended to take it with food, because food grade hydrogen peroxide will react with food rather than have optimal absorption. Further, some people feel a bit nauseous or flu-like symptoms if taken too close to eating. It is recommended to wait 30 minutes to an hour. If you find yourself feeling unwell after taking it, we recommend resting for a short time and drinking a lot more water. However, taking it with or close to a meal is not necessarily going to be harmful; rather, it will simply not be as optimal or efficient and/or may cause temporary discomfort.

Due to international shipping regulations, we are prohibited from sending 35% FGHP overseas or via air transport. Therefore we are only able to send it within the contiguous United States. Please note that we also cannot send it to PO Boxes.

However, we offer a lower 8% concentration as well, which can be be used for the exact same intents and purposes (you just have to use more of it) and CAN be shipped overseas. We do our best to provide for those who do not have access to 35% as well!

If you are storing it in a cool, dark place with minimized exposure to air in the proper material for the container, it will break down at a minuscule rate of 0.5-2% per year. If you are taking full advantage of all this amazing product can do, then realistically you would use it a lot faster than this negligible rate of breakdown.
